Operating Procedures

Registration Process

  1. Click Register Account
  2. Select your email address/phone number to register
  3. Set a memorable account and password
  4. Enter the invitation code and the verification code you received
  5. Click Confirm to complete registration

Deposit Process

  1. Click the icon in the lower right corner
  2. Select Deposit
  3. Select TRC20/TRC20 network (as applicable)
  4. Copy the deposit address

  1. Click the icon in the lower right corner
  2. Select Withdraw
  3. Select the TRC20/TRC20 network address to use and enter the amount
  4. Click Withdraw to confirm

  2. Select Security Center
  3. Click Transaction Password
  4. Select your email/phone option
  5. Enter your email/phone verification code and set a memorable transaction password
  6. Click Confirm to complete

Identity Verification (KYC) Process

  1. Click the icon in the lower right corner
  2. Open Language Settings
  3. Click Identity Verification
  4. Enter your Name and ID number
  5. Upload front/back of your ID + a selfie holding it
  6. Click Confirm Upload (review completes within minutes)

Transaction Password Setup (Alt Visual)

  1. Click the icon in the lower right corner
  2. Open Security Center → Login Password
  3. Choose email/phone; enter verification code and password
  4. Click Confirm

  2. Open Language Settings
  3. Select your preferred language

  1. Open Bill History
  2. Select Copy Transaction if needed
  3. View your transaction list and details

Transfer: Fiat → Second Contract Account

  1. Click the icon in the lower right corner
  2. Select Currency Converter
  3. Choose the Fiat account to transfer to the Second Contract account
  4. Enter the amount
  5. Click Confirm transfer

  1. Click the icon in the lower right corner
  2. Select Currency Converter
  3. Choose the Second Contract account to transfer to Fiat
  4. Enter the amount
  5. Click Confirm transfer

  1. Click Withdrawal Address
  2. Select Binding Address
  3. Choose Email/Phone for verification
  4. Enter your withdrawal address
  5. Click Confirm to complete binding

  1. Click Invite a Friend
  2. Copy the link and invitation code and share to invite

Viewing Direct Members

  1. Click on a subordinate member
  2. View the number of direct members you have (for complete team membership, contact the administrator to view the team tree)
